NaukriWay.com is an independently run job listing and career information website. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same from anyone who interacts with our platform. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we will respond promptly to properly submitted claims of copyright infringement.

1. Our Content Practices

As a solo-run publication, every job post and article on NaukriWay.com is personally reviewed before publishing. Our content falls into one of the following categories:

3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

5. Our Review and Response Process

Upon receiving a complete and valid notice, we will:

  1. Review the claim and the identified content within 3–7 business days
  2. Remove or disable access to the material if the claim appears valid
  3. Notify the party who posted or is credited with the content, where applicable

6. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material removed and its location before removal
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

7. False Claims

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly submits a materially false takedown notice may be liable for damages. We reserve the right to disregard notices that appear to be submitted in bad faith or without a genuine legal basis.

8. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to remove content and restrict access for any user or contributor found to be a repeat infringer, in line with standard DMCA practice.
